JIM MARIAN
CCIM, MRE
Jim has been a full-time commercial real estate agent since 1982. Prior to the formation of CHAPMAN LINDSEY, Jim was a “top five” producer for Coldwell Banker (now CB Richard Ellis), and a sales associate at Land West Realty and Best Commercial Real Estate.
Jim has closed more than $260,000,000 in real estate transactions, including residential, apartment, commercial and investment land, and apartment and office buildings. He has extensive experience in dealing with private investors as well as institutions and commercial banks.
He served as a consultant or has exclusively represented: The University of Arizona, Arizona Attorney General, Citibank (Arizona), Wells Fargo (formally First Interstate Bank of Arizona), CHASE Bank (formally Bank One), Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company, Washington Federal Savings and Loan, COMPASS Bank, the City of Tucson, and Pima County.
Jim holds the CCIM designation and is a Past-President of the CCIM Institute Southern Arizona Chapter. In 1995, Jim received the President’s Cup Award, a national award presented by the CCIM Institute for originating the annual Pima County Commercial Real Estate Forecast. This seminar format is now used by CCIM Chapters across the country.
Jim is a past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee for the Arizona Association of Realtors; and was active chairing Ethics and Arbitration Panels for the State Association for the past 25 years. Jim also serves on the Pima County Conservation Acquisition Commission and is a Board Member of the Pima County Real Estate Research Council.
In 2018, the College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture (CAPLA) at the University of Arizona asked Jim to become a faculty member to teach several courses in their Master of Real Estate Development program.

ALAN MOORE
Associate Broker
A fourth generation Tucsonan, Mr. Moore has been a successful commercial realtor for the past 37 years. Mr. Moore has established himself as a leader and a million-dollar producer. Mr. Moore specializes in the sale and leasing of both office and industrial properties. His philosophy is that real estate is simply another tool or “asset” to be used effectively and wisely for the betterment of one’s successful business. Involved in the community, Mr. Moore has been an active member of numerous charities and Board of Directors including the Centurions, Ducks Unlimited (a national conservation organization), St. Albans Preschool, TCADD (a community outreach program), and Big Brothers and Big Sisters to name a few. Mr. Moore is in his 22nd year as being an active member of the Centurions, one of Tucson’s leading philanthropic fund-raising organizations in Tucson. In addition, he is continually active within St. Albans Episcopal Church where he is the immediate past Senior Warden and past secretary for both the Church and for the Preschool.

DAN FEIG
Associate Broker
Dan has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and development since 1986. Dan specializes in the sale of vacant land to developers and investors, with a high concentration on residential subdivisions and large tracts of land. He is responsible for sales in excess of $250,000,000 in total transactions and has extensive experience in all facets of single-family residential development and land planning.
Dan has spent considerable time working with land planners, engineers, and land developers, taking land from its raw state, through zoning, platting, and the lot improvement process. While working with local, regional, and national homebuilders, Dan has devoted significant time to learning and staying abreast of the many challenges facing homebuilders today. It was this expertise that led to Dan brokering the sale of one of Tucson’s largest privately held homebuilding companies - New World Homes – which he sold to KB Home in 2002, for over $60,000,000. Additionally, Dan was the broker responsible for the sales of all Standard Pacific Homes, Southern Arizona subdivisions and land inventory in the winter of 2007. Dan prides himself on having worked with all local, regional, and national builders in Southern Arizona.

NICK TRAVASSOS
MRED
Nick joined the Chapman Lindsey team in January 2020. He recently graduated from the University of Arizona with a master’s in real estate development (MRED) and is a licensed real estate salesperson. Nick specializes in the sale and acquisition of vacant commercial land and has recently closed transactions with both local developers and national chain stores. He is a member of the Chapman Lindsey team that represents Pima County in the sale of tax lien properties.
As a farm owner/operator, Nick has a unique background in farm and ranch land and is active in rural markets across all southern Arizona. Nick recently closed multiple large parcel transactions in Cochise County. He is highly motivated and a self-starter. Nick can provide a fresh set of eyes to property listings as well as commit a significant amount of time towards marketing target properties.
