Dan has spent considerable time working with land planners, engineers, and land developers, taking land from its raw state, through zoning, platting, and the lot improvement process. While working with local, regional, and national homebuilders, Dan has devoted significant time to learning and staying abreast of the many challenges facing homebuilders today. It was this expertise that led to Dan brokering the sale of one of Tucson’s largest privately held homebuilding companies - New World Homes – which he sold to KB Home in 2002, for over $60,000,000. Additionally, Dan was the broker responsible for the sales of all Standard Pacific Homes, Southern Arizona subdivisions and land inventory in the winter of 2007. Dan prides himself on having worked with all local, regional, and national builders in Southern Arizona.
In addition to commercial real estate brokerage, Dan has a background in shopping center development and management, having developed several retail centers in and around the Tucson area; and managing over a dozen retail centers.
